Since its foundation, Kenya Obstetrical and Gynecological Society has acted as an advocate for advancement of women’s sexual and reproductive rights and has more recently articulated its position on sexual and reproductive health and rightsat the on-going constitutional review process.
The key activities of the society include organizing an annual scientific conference and national/ regional conferences, safe motherhood walks and conducting research.

Protect and improve sexual, Reproductive health and rights through quality services, best practices, advocacy, leadership, scholarship, professionalism, training, research and evidence-informed public health action in Kenya, regionally and globally by promoting the health and the well being of women and standards of practice of obstetrics and gynecology
